Based on this, we'll provide a detailed design fees estimate, including an estimated budget breakdown and various design package options. After the call, we will send a design fees estimate proposal, if you are aligned simply sign the Letter of Agreement, and we'll start bringing your dream space to life!

  • Our design phase begins with an in-home measurement session and a detailed questionnaire to understand your functional needs. We'll then craft a custom design storyboard featuring a concept, mood board, 2D floor plans, and a draft budget. We'll collaborate closely on selections, including a shopping trip, to ensure a one-of-a-kind design perfectly tailored to your lifestyle.

  • Once your design plans are finalized and approved, we move into the procurement phase. Our team handles all ordering and tracking, utilizing a receiving warehouse to ensure all your furniture arrives together.
